NCAA clears QB Fields to play for Buckeyes in ’19

QB Justin Fields, who transferred from Georgia to Ohio State, will be allowed to play in 2019 after getting a waiver from the NCAA. He is expected to be the frontrunner for the Buckeyes’ starting job.
