Parrot to deliver name of Bucs’ 4th-round pick

NFL teams will announce their Day 3 picks in creative ways, including the Buccaneers’ plans to have a parrot deliver their fourth-round selection to an announcer located in the pirate ship at Raymond James Stadium.
