Pastner: ‘Zero truth’ in sexual assault lawsuit

Jennifer Pendley, who was sued by Georgia Tech’s Josh Pastner for defamation last month, has accused Pastner of inflicting emotional harm to her “as a result of sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
