Paxton fans season-high 16 batters

James Paxton has struggled a bit to find his groove this season, but the man known as Big Maple was on target Wednesday as he recorded the most strikeouts by a pitcher in the Major Leagues this season with his 15th whiff in the seventh inning against the A’s.
