Pettine: Browns wouldn’t have drafted Bortles at No. 4

Four days before facing Jaguars rookie quarterback Blake Bortles, Browns coach Mike Pettine said Wednesday that Cleveland would have passed on the signal-caller had he fallen to them in the draft.
