Pillar’s homer powers Blue Jays past Royals

Kevin Pillar hit a go-ahead two-run jack in the eighth inning, while Danny Jansen clubbed his first Major League home run to help the Blue Jays even the four-game series at one game apiece. Jorge Bonifacio’s RBI double had given the Royals a lead in the seventh, while Adalberto Mondesi finished with four hits and three stolen bases.
