Pipeline Inbox: Who missed out on the Top 10?

We knew it was just a matter of time, right? Even though the Trade Deadline passed on July 31, we knew there would be moves with guys being put through waivers. The first one happened on Wednesday night, with the Indians getting Jay Bruce from the Mets for reliever Ryder Ryan.
