Pistons’ Griffin fined $15,000 for verbal abuse of game official

NEW YORK — Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin has been fined $15,000 for verbal abuse of a game official, it was announced today by Kiki VanDeWeghe, Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.
