Postseason Picture: If the season ended today
MLB’s 10-team postseason field includes 2 Wild Card clubs meeting in a 1-game playoff in each league (Oct. 3 & 4) for the right to compete in the best-of-5 Division Series (2-2-1 format). The LCS and World Series are best of 7 games (2-3-2 format).
