Quatraro returns to Rays as third-base coach

Matt Quatraro will be the Rays’ new third-base coach, the team announced Tuesday morning. Quatraro, 43, becomes the sixth third-base coach in franchise history, following Greg Riddoch, Billy Hatcher, Terry Collins, Tom Foley and Charlie Montoyo.
