Rangers place Barnette on DL, recall Rua
The Rangers have placed reliever Tony Barnette on the 10-day disabled list with tightness and inflammation in the back of his right shoulder. That allowed the club to recall Ryan Rua from Triple-A Round Rock, after optioning him on Monday.
