Rays owner wants team’s new home in Tampa

Tampa Bay Rays owner Stuart Sternberg said at a news conference Friday that the team would focus its ballpark search on a 14-acre site in the Ybor City neighborhood of Tampa. The team currently plays in St. Petersburg.
