Ready for October? A’s take big series from NY

The A’s rolled over their potential Wild Card opponent Wednesday with an 8-2 win and presumably struck fear in the Yankees, who will surely have to think twice about putting Luis Severino on the mound for a possible one-game playoff with Oakland next month.
