Red Wings recall forward Weiss from AHL

DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings today recalled center Stephen Weiss from his conditioning loan with the AHL’s Grand Rapids Griffins.

Weiss, 31, was limited to 26 games for the Red Wings in 2013-14 and did not play after Dec. 10 following hernia…
