Report: Bills GM wants next coach to revive EJ Manuel

EJ Manuel was fazed out by former coach Doug Marrone last season with no desire to return to the QB when their playoff hopes were over. Bills GM Doug Whaley’s hoping the next coach will revitalize Manuel.
