Roundtable: How we’d fix NHL’s draft lottery system

Start keeping track once teams are mathematically eliminated? Restrict the lottery to the bottom eight finishers? Prohibit franchises from getting a top-three pick in consecutive seasons? Or leave it as is? Our experts have some draft lottery suggestions.
