Rox hold on vs. Dodgers to maintain grip on 1st

Kyle Freeland notched his team-best 14th win, holding the Dodgers to a lone run on four hits and two walks while striking out eight in his six innings on the hill in the Rockies’ 4-2 victory. Chris Iannetta and Charlie Blackmon each homered as Colorado protected its first-place spot in the National League West and extended the lead to a game and a half over Los Angeles.
