Royals to evaluate talent as new era begins
General manager Dayton Moore went into this offseason hoping to accomplish two goals: shave payroll and start restocking the farm system. With the Royals fully embracing a rebuilding effort, manager Ned Yost will oversee the beginning of a new era in 2018.
