Royals, White Sox remember heroes on 9/11

The White Sox and Royals moved up their batting practice schedules on Monday for an extremely important reason. On the 16th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on the United States, the date was marked at Kauffman Stadium by pregame ceremonies that included a moment of silence and the “We Shall Not Forget” silhouetted batter ribbon.
