Russell aggravates finger injury, day to day

Cubs shortstop Addison Russell’s middle finger on his left hand has been nagging him for a while.That’s why Russell exited in the sixth inning Sunday, when his left hand was stepped on after he collided with third baseman Javier Baez and caught a popup in shallow left, which both players tried to snag.
