Sale to be activated off disabled list Tuesday

Red Sox ace Chris Sale, who has been on the disabled list since Aug. 15 with mild left shoulder inflammation, will be activated off the disabled list Tuesday night, manager Alex Cora announced prior to Friday’s game vs. the Astros.
