Sale to throw bullpen session with eye on Game 5

The tentative plan is for Chris Sale to throw a side session while Game 3 is going on to determine his readiness to start Thursday’s Game 5. Sale was hospitalized overnight on Sunday with a stomach ailment before doctors cleared him of any serious health issues.
