Salvy fulfills promise of homer to Royals fan

Prior to Friday night’s game against the Indians, a fan asked Salvador Perez for one favor: “Please hit a home run tonight.” Perez didn’t waste much time as he belted a three-run home run to right-center field in his first at-bat.
