Simmons moving past fine for elbowing Lowry

Philadelphia’s Ben Simmons said he’s not worried about the $20,000 fine he received for elbowing Toronto’s Kyle Lowry in the groin in Game 3 of their playoff series, saying his focus is on winning Game 4 on Sunday.
