Source: Greene, Wilson agree to 1-year deals

The Tigers continued their arbitration season work Friday by avoiding hearings with a pair of relievers: Right-handers Shane Greene and Alex Wilson agreed to terms on one-year contracts. Wilson will make $1.925 million, according to a source, while Greene will make $1.95 million. The Tigers have not announced the deals.
