Jets coach Rex Ryan has been fined $100,000 for his profanity-laced reaction to Steelers safety Mike Mitchell’s leap over the top of the line of scrimmage when the Jets were taking a knee to run out the clock Sunday, a source told ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
