Source: Strasburg likely to start today for Nats

Stephen Strasburg is likely to start for the Nationals today in Game 4 of the National League Division Series presented by T-Mobile, a source told MLB.com. A pitching change away from the announced starter, Tanner Roark, has not been confirmed by the club.
