Source: Yankees hire Bard as bench coach

Embarking on his first endeavor as a Major League manager, new Yankees skipper Aaron Boone now has his right-hand man. A source has confirmed to MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand that the Yankees have hired Josh Bard to be their bench coach for 2018. The club has not confirmed the report.
