Springer remains out with sore left quad
All-Star outfielder George Springer, out since Monday with a sore left quad, looked good in pregame workouts on Friday, but not good enough for manager AJ Hinch to put him back in the starting lineup for the Astros’ series opener against the Angels at Angel Stadium.
