Stanton hits homer No. 54 after rare game off

Getting a night off helped Marlins right fielder Giancarlo Stanton. In the first inning on Saturday night at SunTrust Park, Stanton slugged a solo home run — his 54th of the season — to left-center off Braves rookie left-hander Max Fried.
