Strop appears to injure leg trying to beat throw
Batting in the 10th inning, Cubs reliever Pedro Strop on Thursday appeared to injure his left hamstring after trying to beat the throw to first on a bases-loaded ground ball to third baseman Anthony Rendon. Strop had to exit the game and was replaced by left-hander Randy Rosario.
