Texans’ Arian Foster (groin) inactive against Browns

Arian Foster is officially inactive for the Houston Texans’ Week 11 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Foster suffered a groin injury in the team’s Week 9 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
