The case for each NL MVP finalist

The finalists in the 2018 National League Most Valuable Player Award race include a perennial MVP candidate and a pair of stars who ascended to superstar status last season. While the Rockies’ Nolan Arenado had twice finished top-5, the Cubs’ Javier Baez and the Brewers’ Christian Yelich had never finished higher than 19th.
