Tiger cards 2-under 70 in his first round of 2019

Tiger Woods had his moments but also his struggles Thursday, shooting a 2-under-par 70 on Torrey Pines’ South course to finish eight strokes back of leader Jon Rahm in the opening round of the Farmers Insurance Open.
