Tigers protect Nesbitt, Machado from Rule 5 Draft

The Tigers filled their 40-man roster Thursday, purchasing the contracts of relief prospect Angel Nesbitt and infielder Dixon Machado to protect them from next month’s Rule 5 Draft.
