Tigers’ Simcox powers Solar Sox with first homer

A.J. Simcox could not have picked a better time to hit his first Arizona Fall League home run. The Tigers farmhand connected on a two-run home run in the bottom of the fourth inning to give Mesa the lead and ultimately help power the Solar Sox to a 5-2 win over Scottsdale at Sloan Park.
