Tommy John likely for No. 13 prospect Kopech

White Sox fireballer Michael Kopech will likely undergo Tommy John surgery after tests revealed a UCL tear in his right elbow, the White Sox announced on Friday. He will receive a second opinion to confirm the diagnosis.
