‘Up, Up, & Away’ looks at Expos with clear eyes

“Up, Up, & Away: The Kid, The Hawk, Rock, Vladi, Pedro, Le Grand Orange, Youppi!, The Crazy Business of Baseball, & the Ill-Fated but Unforgettable Montreal Expos” is an enjoyable work, and Jonah Keri finds many dimensions of the franchise to explore, most notably the factors that made the 2005 relocation to Washington inevitable.
