White: UFC 223 winner will get McGregor’s belt
UFC president Dana White confirmed Friday the winner of the bout between Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 223 on April 7 will become the official lightweight champion, thus stripping Conor McGregor of his belt.
