WHL Roundup: Chartier scores twice to lead Rockets over Chiefs 4-3

SPOKANE, Wash. – Rourke Chartier scored two goals — including the eventual winner at 9:18 of the third period — as the Kelowna Rockets edged the Spokane Chiefs 4-3 in Western Hockey League action on Tuesday.
