Why J.D. chose ‘Flaco’ for Players’ Weekend

When star Red Sox slugger J.D. Martinez steps to the plate at Tropicana Field this weekend against the Rays, he will have “Flaco” on the back of his jersey, a nickname he’s been called since he was 12.
