Wood placed on DL with elbow impingement

The Angels announced a series of roster moves prior to Monday’s game against the Astros in Houston. They placed right-hander Blake Wood on the 10-day disabled list with right elbow posterior impingement, recalled righty Eduardo Paredes from Triple-A Salt Lake and added pitcher Justin Anderson to the Major League roster.
