World Series skippers headline top manager hopefuls

Six skippers — three candidates in each league — for the two 2014 Manager of the Year Awards all made contributions to postseason teams, and each did it his way. When the winner for each league is announced Tuesday, the one sure thing is that the winners will have made their marks, not only on their own teams but on the season as a whole.
