Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts has already matched his home run total from last season. The right-handed hitter lofted a solo shot to left-center in the top of the sixth inning against Felix Hernandez on Thursday night at Safeco Field to give Boston its ultimate lead in a 2-1 victory.
