Yanks call up Frazier, send down Torreyes

The Yankees recalled outfielder Clint Frazier from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and optioned infielder Ronald Torreyes to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre ahead of Monday’s action against the Nationals in Washington.
