ASU, Cuse make tourney; L’ville, St. Mary’s out

The wait is over, as 68 teams have been announced for this year’s NCAA tournament. At-large hopefuls Arizona State and Syracuse are dancing, while Louisville and Saint Mary’s were among those seeing their bubbles burst.
