Boyd exits with injury in Tigers’ 5th straight loss

The Tigers suffered their fifth straight loss Tuesday night, but were more worried they could lose Matthew Boyd for longer than that. His abrupt exit with left oblique spasms set up a three-run fifth inning, which was more than enough for the Twins behind Lance Lynn for a 6-0 Detroit defeat at Target Field.
