Candelario crushes walk-off HR for Tigers in 12th

The Tigers and Indians might not go to the wire in the American League Central, but their weekend series at Comerica Park has not been short on late-inning drama. Jeimer Candelario’s two-run homer off Cleveland closer Cody Allen ended a 12-inning marathon with a 4-2 Tigers victory on Saturday at Comerica Park. Yan Gomes and Rajai Davis homered for Cleveland, and starter Mike Clevinger threw 6 2/3 innings of two-run ball.
