Dauer to coach for AL in All-Star Game

Rich Dauer, months after requiring emergency brain surgery in an accident that nearly claimed his life, will be among the coaching contingent for manager AJ Hinch’s American League staff at next Tuesday’s All-Star Game presented by Mastercard at Nationals Park, Major League Baseball announced on Tuesday.
