Duffy dazzles as Royals cruise past Rangers

Danny Duffy sizzled over 7 2/3 strong innings and Salvador Perez helped the lefty with four RBIs as the Royals cruised in the opener of a four-game series. Whit Merrifield also drove in four runs, while Ramon Torres set an early tone with a Little League homer as his single up the middle got past Rangers center fielder Delino DeShields for a three-base error and two early runs.
